WWNFF Andrew W. Mellon Fellowships in Humanistic Studies 2002
has two primary functions - to help exceptionally promising students, who are U.S. citizens or permanent residents, to prepare for careers of teaching and scholarship in humanistic studies by providing top-level, competitive, portable awards, and to contribute thereby to the continuity of teaching and research of the highest order in America's colleges and universities.
