The Council of Better Business Bureaus is the umbrella organization for the Better Business Bureau (BBB) system, which was founded in 1912 and is today supported by 250,000 local business members nationwide. It is dedicated to fostering fair and honest relationships between businesses and consumers, instilling consumer confidence and contributing to an ethical business environment.

Citizens Against Government Waste
Citizens Against Government Waste (CAGW) is a private, non-partisan, non-profit organization representing more than one million members and supporters nationwide. CAGW's mission is to eliminate the waste, mismanagement, and inefficiency in the federal government. Founded in 1984 by the late industrialist J. Peter Grace and syndicated columnist Jack Anderson, CAGW is the legacy of the Presidentís Private Sector Survey on Cost Control, also known as the Grace Commission.

Electronic Privacy Information Center
EPIC is a public interest research center in Washington, D.C. It was established in 1994 to focus public attention on emerging civil liberties issues and to protect privacy, the First Amendment, and constitutional values. EPIC works in association with Privacy International, an international human rights group based in London, UK and is also a member of the Global Internet Liberty Campaign, the Internet Free Expression Alliance, the Internet Privacy Coalition, the Internet Democracy Project, and the Trans Atlantic Consumer Dialogue (TACD).

Fairness & Accuracy In Reporting: The National Media Watch Group
FAIR is the national media watch group that offers well-documented criticism of media bias and censorship. We seek to invigorate the First Amendment by advocating for greater diversity in the press. We scrutinize media practices that marginalize public interest, minority and dissenting viewpoints.

Founded by L. Brent Bozell III in 1987 with the mission of bringing political balance to the nation's news media and responsibility to the entertainment media, the Media Research Center (MRC) has grown into the nation's largest and most respected conservative media watchdog organization.

National Senior Citizens Law Center
For more than 25 years, the National Senior Citizens Law Center has helped older individuals to live in dignity and freedom from poverty. NSCLC staff works with legal services offices and senior organizations throughout the U.S. to provide quality advice and service. Staff serve as counsel in litigation, provide expert analysis on federal policy, train advocates to better represent their clients and educate through our publications.
